The Planning Process:

1. Establish committees and conveners
2. Committees meet to discuss priorities
3. Committees report back to all-college meetings (tba) and continue discussions
4. Dean takes input and crafts written plan, including goals and objectives
5. Plan reviewed and modified based on feedback
